A very subdued beginning to this drum beat. It is simply some hi-hat solo work, then the beat comes in with snare and kick drum, in a pattern reminiscent of the Black Crowes. At one point it's brought down dynamically to a soft rim click pattern, then a big snare fill brings it back home. In a slight variation, the main pattern is also played with some ghost note snare embellishments and with an open hi-hat or a slightly different kick pattern. A big 8th note fill brings it down once again to some light snare, but then it gets right back into the main pattern for the rest of the drum track.
