This track starts out with a funky 16th note-based hi-hat only groove. About 40 seconds in, a big snare fill leads into the main pattern, which includes snare hits that create a sort of Afro-Cuban funk feel for the track. A crazy triplet-based fill sets up the ride cymbal/hi-hat combo groove for extreme funkiness. The track goes back and forth between this and the main groove, complete with groovy ghost notes and complex fills decorating it along the way.

For years I've labored through hours of detailed programing of perc. parts. These are really good - takes some intense editing but once parts are separated out - works great. Have had to eq analog set parts to enhance some tracks - but with logic that is easy just time intensive. I'll send a piece of work I'm doing. It would be great if the tempos could be nudged a bit either way. Not sure yet it it's worth the money considering the amount of work I do and the number of tracks I'd need in my library.
