This drum track is an upbeat country shuffle, with a groove that involves some ghost notes on the snare and quick bass drum hits every couple bars. When the ride cymbal comes in, the ghost notes are gone and the kick drum happens on the 1 of each measure. The bridge brings it down to just the kick and a closed hi hat on beats 2 and 4. The fills are mostly big snare triplets, without a whole lot of bells and whistles and no toms at all, really.
